David Triana, born in Bogota, Colombia, boasts a decade of dance music creations. It all commenced with Downpitch Recordings, a vinyl imprint co-founded with Tomas Station back when they where young music lovers in Bogota. They released and remixed beloved artists such as Alton Miller and Jordan Fields and pressed 5 releases. Triana orchestrated parties that introduced fresh music waves locally, flying to south america artists like Jeremy Underground, Anthony Naples, James Blake, Jimmy Edgar, Pearson Sound, Zed Bias, Greg Beato and many more. 

Since 2015, based in London, Triana's journey then continued,  playing venues like Fabric, Village Underground, Lion and the Lamb, and Brilliant Corners. In 2018, Soursopp emerged from Rakim Under and David Triana's need to provide a space for the community aligned with their sound and party ethos.

With their unique blend of classics and own productions, the duo tirelessly crafts compelling sets that continue to intrigue audiences across Europe and beyond.
